Project Manager

We are working with well-established engineering company specialising in advanced machinery for the rubber and polymers industry seeks a talented Project Manager. This role involves overseeing projects from concept through to completion, including bespoke component design, Solidworks drawing generation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure high-quality delivery across varied customer specifications.

This opportunity would suit a meticulous and experienced Project Manager with a passion for bespoke mechanical solutions. Ideal for someone confident in Solidworks, comfortable liaising with suppliers and clients, and looking to make a real impact within a technical, customer-focused environment. Strong project ownership and communication skills are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage design projects from initial concept through to completion.
• Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using Solidworks.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project clarity and delivery.
• Generate accurate parts lists and project manuals in line with business standards.
• Support ongoing engineering improvements and attend review meetings.

In return you’ll receive a salary up to £55k and 26 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
