As a Marketing Director at Sokin, you will lead a talented marketing team to drive our brand strategy, maximise market reach, and optimise customer engagement. You will play a crucial part in crafting and executing marketing initiatives that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and business growth.
- Oversee market research activities to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.

- Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.
- Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to support professional development.

- Marketing Campaigns and Ongoing Demand Generation
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Work with Product Marketing Managers to amplify product led campaigns across key channels
- Measure and analyse campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Budget Management
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximise return on investment.
- Provide regular financial reports and updates to senior management.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience within financial services, ideally payments or banking.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
