Senior Consultant Market Access Updated: Today Location: London, ENG, United Kingdom Job ID: 7063 Description You\’re driven, resourceful, and above all else – remarkably smart. In this role, you will manage day-to-day project operations and create high-quality project materials and client deliverables (including organisational, portfolio, and asset-specific recommendations) for client engagements autonomously and with minimal direction. You will: Significantly contribute to the overall cross-functional management of projects at both the client organisation and internally at Syneos Health. Understand, communicate, and maintain project scope, approach, budget, resource allocations, and timelines. Be accountable for project activities and leverage internal tools and tracking systems to ensure project objectives, milestones, and timelines are met efficiently and effectively. Must be able to quickly adapt to changing priorities to achieve goals and targets. Establish a trusted advisor relationship with the client through being personable, trustworthy, credible, and reliable. Strategically identify and evaluate relevant secondary research data sources (analytically and scientifically based). Using research from competitive pipelines, company websites, prescribing information, epidemiology information, and syndicated reports, summarise complex industry, market, client portfolio, and product data and trends in a clear and comprehensive manner. Demonstrate proficiency in navigating the management consulting cycle of creating project deliverables, quality checking work, reviewing with project management/leadership, incorporating edits and feedback, and resubmitting work pieces for deliverable inclusion in a timely, efficient manner.
