We have an amazing opportunity to join the team at Vertu Honda Grantham selling New and Used Motorcycles!

We are offering an industry leading basic salary of £28,000 and with an additional bonus opportunity enabling you to earn an OTE of £34,000 working 40 hours per week. We are fully committed to delivering our colleagues flexibility that allows them to balance their work life and home life as well as delivering them a great place to work.

You will be required to assist customers through the purchase of their motorcycle from viewing and test ride to finance options and delivery. Informing the customer on finance, insurance and accessory products, naturally building a rapport with customers to help identify their needs.

Previous sales experience is not required — what matters most is your enthusiasm, drive, and willingness to learn. We offer comprehensive, industry-leading training, delivered through both virtual platforms and traditional in-person sessions. Our in-house training programs are designed to set you up for success, and you\’ll also be trained on our cutting-edge technology that gives us a real advantage in the market.

A full motorcycle licence is essential for this role. You\’ll need to already hold one or be in the final stages of obtaining it, as it\’s a key part of the job.
