Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong long term relationships with existing and new customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and issues
- Work closely with the sales team to upsell and cross sell
- Guide customers through onboarding
- Regular check ins with customers, to spot potential revenue growth
- Capability of overlooking around 150 accounts
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years experience within a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager role
- Proven experience of managing accounts simultaneously
- Previous experience with either Salesforce or HubSpot
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
