An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join one of the UK’s most respected employment law teams. The role

You’ll handle a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including:

• Advising on contracts, policies and day-to-day HR issues
• Handling complex workplace disputes and tribunal claims
• Advising on restrictive covenants, redundancies, restructures, and collective matters
• Supporting clients on data protection, outsourcing, and international employment projects
• Working with a diverse client base, from major corporates to SMEs and not-for-profit organisations

You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your matters, supported by a highly collaborative team, with opportunities to get involved in thought leadership, client campaigns, and international projects through the firm’s global alliances.

About you

• 3+ PQE with solid grounding in employment law
• Strong drafting, analytical and client care skills
• A proactive, commercial approach and confidence in advising at all levels
• Enthusiastic team player with a collaborative mindset
