GCP Data Engineer

What you’ll be doing \\n• Managing data into and out of our data warehouse and reporting platforms \\n to ensure accuracy and efficiency. \\n• Definition and quality of KPIs that support effective contact centre \\n operations. \\n• Delivering data development roadmaps aligned to either our Consumer or \\n Enterprise business strategies.

\\n• Empowering end users with access to reliable, well-governed data sets in \\n a secure environment. \\n• Troubleshooting complex data issues across multiple source systems and \\n ensuring smooth data operations. \\n• Leading strategic, cross-functional projects to deliver impactful, \\n data-driven solutions, while documenting processes for team-wide support.

\\n\\n What skills you’ll need \\n\\n• Certified Google Cloud (GCP) Data Engineer with strong expertise in data \\n acquisition, modelling, ETL, and data warehousing. \\n• Proficient in Terraform, YAML, and GitLab for environment management. \\n• Skilled in MS SQL, GCP SQL, and Oracle DB design, with a focus on data \\n quality and governance.

\\n• Strong understanding of contact centre metrics and systems (e.g. WFM, \\n IVR, Call Routing). \\n• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver end-to-end technology \\n solutions in operational environments.

\\n• Experienced in using JIRA and Confluence for agile project tracking and \\n documentation.
