Manufacturing Manager

We\’re on the hunt for a hands-on Manufacturing Manager who thrives on solving problems, leading people, and making things better — every single day.

This is more than a “keep things ticking over” role. You’ll be at the heart of production, driving performance across CNC machining, process planning, tooling, and team development. We want someone who can lead from the front, roll up their sleeves, and bring continuous improvement to life on the shop floor.

Manufacturing Manager – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a skilled team of machinists, programmers, and operators
• Owning production planning, machine utilisation, and delivery performance
• Driving lean methods, TPM, and tooling innovation
• Working across departments — from design to quality to sales
• Creating a high-performance culture that delivers on time and right first time

Manufacturing Manager – What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in CNC / precision manufacturing
• Proven people leadership in a fast-paced environment
• Confident with data, KPIs, and process improvement
• Experience with ISO standards, audits, and safety systems
• Bonus if you can program, use MRP, or have formal qualifications — but attitude is everything
