We’re partnering with a leading international law firm looking to hire a Senior Associate (4+ PQE) into its fast-growing Corporate Real Estate team in London. The Opportunity

This firm’s Corporate Real Estate group sits at the heart of its Real Estate sector – one of the firm's key strategic pillars. The team advises on complex real estate M&A, joint ventures, private equity-style structures and corporate reorganisations, with a strong sector focus across hospitality, private capital, and operational real estate.

You will be involved in:

• High-value private M&A transactions with underlying real estate assets
• Joint venture, co-investment and partnership structuring
• Corporate reorganisations and complex structuring mandates
• Cross-border deal coordination alongside international colleagues
• Working closely with tier 1-ranked teams in hospitality and private wealth

Who they’re looking for:

• UK-qualified or equivalent, with 4+ years PQE from a well-regarded transactional corporate or real estate team
• Strong technical skills with experience in corporate real estate or private M&A involving real assets
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organisational ability
• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to BD and client relationship building
• Experience supervising juniors and leading on key workstreams
