Company Description
We're Enchant, a CRO-first growth agency for high-growth DTC brands with a taste for the extraordinary. Our mission? Help eCommerce brands unlock their next level of performance using data, strategy, and a little bit of wizardry. We've helped take beauty brands from kitchen-table startups to £multi-million exits, doubled CVR for sustainable skincare darlings, and made high-end fragrance brands more addictive than their scents.
Now we’re summoning a new eCommerce Strategist to join our spell circle. We’re now looking for a sharp, strategic, and commercially-minded eCommerce Strategist to join our coven.
Your spellbook includes:
- Owning the strategy across CRO retainers and Shopify builds
- Turning numbers into insight (and insight into cold, hard cash)
- Conducting CRO and UX audits that don’t read like sleep aids
- Crafting roadmaps that balance big bets with low-hanging fruit
- Presenting findings with flair, clarity, and zero buzzwords
- Leading trading & merchandising plans—because homepage heroes don’t pick themselves
- Working with devs, designers, and project managers to bring your ideas to life
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in eCommerce, ideally juggling multiple brands at once (agency people, we see you)
- Shopify wizardry and CRO fluency
- A sharp commercial mind and even sharper eye for opportunities
- Experience working on DTC brands, bonus if you’ve dealt with founders, fire drills, or surprise influencer drops
- You can hold your own in a strategy session and make GA4 sing
- Tools: Shopify, GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, Notion, Airtable, Figma... or the willingness to learn fast
Perks & Vibes:
- 100% remote (we care more about results than online green dots)
- A small, mighty team where your work has actual impact
- 30 days holiday + rituals you need to stay sane
- Learning budget, team days, and the occasional enchanted gift in the post
- Clients you’ll actually be proud to name-drop at dinner
Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience (and ability to make Shopify behave)
Time: Looking at multiple roles so can be full or part-time
Location: Anywhere with Wi-Fi, tea, and a sense of humour (UK hours)
