Based in and around Leeds, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring residents are supported and informed throughout retrofit improvement works. About the Role  As the Resident Liaison Officer, you’ll: Act as the main point of contact for tenants during retrofit works Conduct resident consultations, both face-to-face and by phone Issue access notices, schedule appointments, and manage updates Maintain accurate records and support site coordination Address questions or concerns quickly and professionally What You’ll Bring  To be successful in the role of Resident Liaison Officer, you’ll bring: Experience in a similar role such as RLO, TLO, CLO, Housing Officer, or Customer Liaison Coordinator Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Confidence managing multiple cases with a proactive, empathetic approach A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential) Local knowledge of the Leeds area and willingness to travel to sites The Offer  This is a fantastic short-term opportunity that could lead to something long-term.
