You will be Managing a function not people and we are looking for people who are 100% payroll Job Title: Part-Time Payroll Specialist Location: Paddington (Head Office) with flexible hybrid work arrangements Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent Hours: Flexible Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and independent Part-Time Payroll Specialist to manage all aspects of our payroll processes. This role offers flexible working hours and a hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of payroll systems and legislation, ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations. Key Responsibilities: Process the company’s payroll every pay period. Maintain the payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data. Compute employee take-home pay based on pensions, benefits, taxes, unpaid time off; holiday, sick leave and maternity/paternity leave payments. Prepare and process monthly payroll with electronic payslips (including submission of RTI, HMRC Year End reporting, P11Ds, P60s, P45s for employees, and BACS payments for employees and third parties).
