We’re looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join our friendly team in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. Whether you\’re starting a new career or looking to make a meaningful impact, this role offers you a chance to support others while being supported yourself.

What We Offer:

• Full-time (37.5 hrs a week) shift over 7 days( will include alternative weekend working)
• £12.60 per hour
• £24,570 per year (pro rata)
• Flexible day shifts only – no sleep-ins or waking nights
• Rotas are provided 4 weeks in advance, so you can plan ahead
• Full training provided – no experience needed

Shift Patterns can look like: -Support Worker (Full time) – Haywards Heath (RH16)

7 am-3.30 pm, 7 am-4 pm, 2,30pm -10 pm ( some flexibility will be required)

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping people live independently and achieve their goals. Your day-to-day duties may include:

• Helping with household tasks like cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and shopping
• Supporting with personal care (where required)
• Assisting with medication routines
• Encouraging social inclusion – attending events, hobbies, and activities in the local community
• Promoting independence and building meaningful relationships
