Willis Aviation Services Limited (WASL) is growing and we’re looking for skilled Aircraft Trimmers to join our high-performing team at Teesside International Airport.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our aircraft interiors in top condition, supporting maintenance, storage, disassembly, and return-to-service operations.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll work within our UK CAA and EASA Part 145 approved maintenance environment, performing cabin and interior repair, modification, and maintenance tasks under supervision, ensuring every aircraft interior looks and performs at its best.

Your day-to-day might include:

🔹 Replacing carpets, galley, and toilet flooring

🔹 Cabin sidewall touch-ups and Tedlar repairs

🔹 Seat cover and tray table replacements

🔹 Soft furnishing and seat pocket repairs

🔹 Sourcing parts and materials

🔹 Completing all work in line with approved maintenance data and procedures

🔹 Supporting a positive safety culture through reporting and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

✅ Previous experience as an Aircraft Trimmer or in a similar cabin maintenance role

✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

✅ Knowledge of maintenance standards and aircraft data

✅ Valid HF, FTS, and EWIS training

✅ English language proficiency (written & spoken)
