Salary: £14,999 p/a Working days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Working hours: 8.30am till 5pm Duration of contract: Permanent Location: Southend – Hybrid Duties: Allocate and schedule jobs to maximize operational and logistical performance. Answer incoming phone enquiries both internal and external. Ensure customer commitments are met, working with internal teams and executing operational tasks as required. Liaise with Production Department to ensure smooth kitting of engineers and arrange courier collections. Make hotel reservations for Engineers when required. Update Excel and CRM to ensure accurate record keeping Input service orders onto SageSkills: Administration experience Proven IT Skills and experience of Microsoft Office programs – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
