The Opportunity
We’re recruiting for a Business Development Manager to help expand an established automation and digital services portfolio across the SME and mid-market space. Working for a national technology solutions provider with an excellent reputation, you\’ll engage with a wide mix of customers looking to streamline processes, reduce costs, and digitise operations.
This is a consultative, solutions-led sales role with a strong emphasis on recurring revenue and strategic account growth. You’ll also play a part in shaping the go-to-market strategy within a fast-evolving business unit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Selling a broad suite of automation and digital transformation solutions tailored to business-critical processes
- Engaging both warm customer accounts and net-new opportunities across defined verticals
- Delivering value-led proposals and ROI-driven business cases to senior finance and operations leaders
- Managing full sales cycles from discovery through to close, with accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline
- Collaborating with technical and marketing teams to support pre-sales and campaign execution
- Acting as a brand ambassador at relevant industry forums and networking events
What We’re Looking For:
- A credible and results-focused sales professional with experience in digital or automation solutions
- Background in RPA, BPO, DMS, Finance Automation, or Low Code software highly advantageous
- Able to navigate complex buying groups and consult at senior stakeholder level
- Self-motivated, structured, and skilled in solution-based selling
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping businesses transform through technology
