London, Hybrid 2 days / week office based

Salary: Β£110k – Β£130k

Fantastic new Head of Growth role for scale up consumer tech business who have created a new Head of Growth role to get them to their next stage in their global growth.

The role reports into the CEO and manages a team of 20 across multiple locations

The role

Lead SEO/ASO/UA/Digital efforts across global markets while managing and developing team members

Understand the growth model alongside all inputs and executing strategy to achieve growth targets

Constantly reviewing high level performance and spend metrics across each focus country and identifying areas of improvement

Understand competitors to drive next growth phase

Collaborate with the data team and Product leaders to decide on spending and priorities, and improve growth analytics, insights, reporting, and dashboards

Promote a culture of rapid experimentation, creativity and staying ahead in growth innovation.

Who we’re looking for

This role is perfect for someone who’s had 7+ years of performance marketing and digital growth experience, especially in startup or fast-paced consumer settings.

Someone with proven success in brand marketing (digital and OOH), brand tracking and CAC reduction via brand awareness activities

Strategic leader who can deliver consistent and scalable results across marketing channels and tactics.

Experience working on international app products

Organised and structured, but have the ability to adapt to change and pace.

A data wizard. Someone who collaborates with the data team to underpin and influence key decisions.

Strong experience understanding the customer journey from a data driven perspective – acquisition, activation and retention

Experience of data driven product marketing experimentation – particularly in ensuring customers get through the funnel and are retained

Requirements

7+ Years experience in performance marketing and growth roles with a focus on growth attribution modelling with strong MMP experience

Proven experience of growth along organic and non organic attributed channels

Successful track record of building and managing SEO/ASO/UA teams

Proven ability to manage 8 figure budgets

Deep understanding of tooling and strategy across the evolving marketing landscape alongside mobile attribution

Been the leader at a company through a high growth stage, adapting and evolving their performance marketing approach
