Due to the previous HR Assistant moving abroad, a rare opportunity has arisen to join an exceptional HR team in an exceptional firm.

Reporting into the HR Manager and working alongside another Assistant, the main responsibilities for this role are:

  1. Recruitment Coordination, vendor relationship management, working with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the process is smooth.
  2. Onboarding – Ensuring this happens in a professional and orderly manner.
  3. HR Ops – maintaining and updating the HRIS.
  4. Payroll – inputting monthly data accurately.
  5. Internal Resourcing – Allocating Associates from the pool to various projects.
  6. Supporting the HR Manager with the Intern Programme.
  7. Assisting the L&D Manager with various projects.
  8. Performance Management – taking an active role in the annual Year End review.

The Candidate

  1. The most recent 2 years experience must be in an HR role within Private Equity, Investment Management or Asset Management in London.
  2. Strong MS Office skills.
  3. Must have a can-do attitude.
  4. Must have great attention to detail and the ability to read the room.

In addition:

  1. Equivalent to 1 day a week working remotely.
  2. Candidates will be interviewed in person.
  3. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK – no sponsorship will be offered.
