A highly regarded commercial law firm in the South East is looking to hire a talented Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its award-winning property practice. The Role

You’ll work on a broad range of real estate matters with a team ranked among the region’s best, including:

• Investment transactions and portfolio management
• Development and site assembly
• Real estate finance
• Corporate occupier work (office, retail, logistics and industrial)

Clients include major UK and international property companies, listed REITs, funds, household name corporates, and high-net-worth individuals. Sector experience spans retail, logistics, healthcare, hospitality, and residential development.

The Team

You’ll join a team of 5 partners and 14 lawyers within a wider 37-strong real estate group (including construction, environment and disputes specialists). The culture is known for being supportive, collaborative and ambitious, with genuine scope for career progression.

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ PQE with a strong real estate background
• Trained at a recognised City, national or leading regional firm
• Technically sound and commercially minded
• Confident working with clients and senior colleagues
• A team player with a proactive, growth-oriented approach
• Interest in BD and longer-term progression a plus
