The Role: As a supervisor on our Anglian Water alliance, you will monitor performance of field resource specifically within reinstatement works on the maintenance & repair contract. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to maximise day-to-day operations, ensuring the planning of work, control of plant, labour and reinstatement materials are all effectively managed. In this fast-paced environment, we will be making good use of your reinstatement knowledge, health & safety expertise, and strong organisational skills. You will ensure our reinstatement teams are effectively managed and able to meet project demand, with appropriate support and mentorship provided to promote a ‘right first time and zero harm safety culture’.

These are just a few of the activities you will be involved in:

  • Proactively manage reinstatement schedules to minimise disruption and preventable mistakes
  • Promote and drive continual improvement and innovative reinstatement techniques
  • Reduce aborts, re-work, and traffic management fines
  • Manage employee training and ensure that people are developed to make their best contribution
  • Ensure all reinstatement work complies with relevant H&S and environmental legislation

What you need to be successful: You will be an experienced supervisor, ideally with a good all-round knowledge of the construction and reinstatement aspects of the water industry. However, we are more interested in you demonstrating the right behaviours. If you can showcase these attributes and possess applicable qualifications such as NRSWA Supervisor and a full clean valid driving licence, we would love to hear from you!
