We are currently partnering with a reputable Social Housing Association in Bristol , who are recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join their team on a contract until the end of March 2025, with opportunities to be extended/go permanent following this. This is a full-time position an hourly rate of circa. £14.50 per hour and the start date is subject to notice. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Entering data onto in-house systems and excel Liaising with internal staff, ensuring all documents are uploaded onto the system Coordinating between surveyors/tenants to ensure asbestos surveys are able to be carried out in adherence with regulations Chasing purchase orders and raising invoices for compliance remedial works Ensuring email inboxes are occupied, and are filtered accordingly Requirements: IT proficiency, especially in MS Excel Administration experience, ideally within property compliance Rewards and Benefits: Hybrid working: 50/50 home/office split Working hours : 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday, flexible/start finish times flexible Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
