With a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, they are expanding their Corporate practice in Sheffield, and are looking for a talented Corporate Solicitor to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team.

The Role

You will join a well-established, high-performing Corporate team advising a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on M&A, joint ventures, restructures, private equity, shareholder agreements, and other transactional matters.
• Leading and supporting on complex corporate transactions.
• Providing strategic advice to clients across a range of sectors.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments including Tax, Employment, and Commercial.
• Supporting business development and nurturing existing client relationships.

About You

We’re looking for a Corporate Solicitor with:

• 2+ years PQE (applications outside this range also considered based on merit).
• Solid experience in corporate transactional work (M&A, PE, or general corporate).
• A commercial mindset and excellent communication skills.
• A team-focused, proactive approach with a desire to grow and contribute to a leading national team.
