We’re seeking a Project Supervisor with a hands-on background in lifts, ready to take the reins on project planning, site coordination, and team leadership. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and supporting engineers on major repair projects from planning through to completion.
- Ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Acting as the go-to contact for engineers, clients, and subcontractors on-site.
- Organising materials, managing subcontractors, and coordinating site logistics.
- Supporting compliance, site administration, and documentation requirements.
- Reporting progress to senior management and resolving site-level issues effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering is essential (NVQ/QCF Level 4 a plus).
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience in the lift industry is highly desirable.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and experience across various lift systems.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); training can be provided if needed.
- A team motivator with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering top-quality service.
