We’re seeking a strategic, creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to elevate our voice in diverse communities and drive meaningful impact.

Why this role matters

  • You’ll forge authentic partnerships with influencers in international, multilingual communities to amplify our mission.
  • You’ll drive awareness and trust in highly regulated healthcare spaces—ensuring every collaboration is impactful, genuine, and compliant.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop & execute end-to-end influencer campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn) tailored to multilingual audiences.
  • Research & connect with creators who embody our values—negotiating partnerships, drafting briefs, and overseeing content quality.
  • Manage logistics; gifting, affiliate links, content approvals, and ensuring all deliverables are on-brand and on time.
  • Monitor & optimise performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, CAC), extracting insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance; all partnerships must align with healthcare regulations (e.g. ASA, CMA, GDPR), with clear disclosure guidelines.
  • Collaborate across teams; working with global marketing, legal, content, design, and regional leads to align messaging.
  • Stay ahead of trends; keep on top of algorithm changes, creator trends, and platform updates to inform strategy.

Who you are

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in influencer marketing campaigns; ideally abroad or multilingual, with regulated-industry exposure.
  • A natural communicator; you can pitch collaboration, negotiate terms, and cultivate ongoing influencer relationships.
  • Data-savvy and creative; you excel at using insights (e.g. engagement, ROI) to refine narratives and targeting.
  • Culturally fluent; you’re experienced working across languages, time zones, and cultural norms.
  • Compliance-minded; you understand the importance of transparency and legal alignment in healthcare messaging.

Salary & Benefits

  • £26,000–£35,000, depending on experience, with commission or bonus potential.
  • Fully remote, with UK-based preference and flexible hours across time zones.
  • Professional development budget; including training in influencer strategy, healthcare compliance, and multilingual marketing.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in gender-affirming care, telehealth, or youth-focused healthcare influencer campaigns.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and even American, or familiarity with creator communities in other regions.
  • Proficiency in affiliate tools, gifting platforms, or compliance frameworks for sponsored content.
