About you
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Front Office Leader to join our team. This role acts as the key point of contact overnight, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest service. Supporting the Night Manager, you will lead by example, supervise the overnight team, and maintain operational excellence.
Duties and responsibilities as Assistant Night Manager:
- Supervise and support Night Hosts and Door Hosts, ensuring high service standards.
- Oversee front office operations and guest interactions during the night shift.
- Ensure accurate completion of night audit processes and reporting.
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all cash handling, safety, and operational procedures.
- Support team training and communication of updates, promotions, and standards.
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and other front desk duties as needed.
- Maintain a secure, welcoming environment for guests and staff overnight.
