Role Background: This role sits at the core of the business, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company’s success. As a Campaign Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in campaign planning and execution, managing a high-performing delivery team responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and optimising OOH campaigns across our media portfolio. You’ll act as the operational bridge between sales, leadership, and platform partners to ensure delivery excellence, data-led optimisation, and reporting against SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the campaign delivery team, ensuring the successful scheduling and execution of client campaigns across all digital and static inventory.
- Monitor campaign performance in real time, using data and insight tools to drive optimisation and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on campaign delivery and performance metrics to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Data, and Operations teams to ensure campaign feasibility, alignment with inventory availability, and delivery expectations.
- Drive the implementation of dynamic and data-driven campaigns, utilising audience data, contextual triggers, and automated systems for smarter delivery.
- Maintain high standards of campaign delivery, ensuring all SLAs are met and that client expectations are exceeded through best-in-class service.
- Identify opportunities for process and platform improvements to enhance team efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide day-to-day leadership to team members, fostering a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in campaign delivery, ad operations, or media scheduling—ideally within digital or OOH advertising.
- Proven experience managing and developing teams.
- Strong understanding of media delivery platforms, campaign scheduling systems, and reporting dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with commercial and operational teams.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in using performance data to guide decisions and communicate results.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Experience with dynamic creative or programmatic digital OOH (desirable but not essential).
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and BroadSign.
