My Hampshire based client is a specialist high-technology engineering company, designing and manufacturing solutions within the Electro-Mechanical and Electronics field for harsh, high-reliability environments and regulated environments including Rail, Medical, Defence, Aerospace, Transportation, Marine, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-disciplined teams (Mechanical, project, e-mech, integration, electronics)
- Oversee project-driven, customer-led environments
- Ensure designs meet international compliance standards
- Lead products from customer engagement through R&D, manufacture, and delivery
- Create a leadership and management structure to support development and growth of the team, processes, and standards
