Role: IT Support Analyst (2nd Line Support, IT & Applications)
Location: Leicester, hybrid (3 days onsite)

Are you looking to work for a UK market leader who invests in cutting edge technologies and offers clear career development and progression? We are working with a FTSE100 company to recruit an IT Support Analyst to support their IT Applications and wider technology environment. You will be working with the team at 2nd line level, supporting a range predominently microsoft aligns technologies including Dynamics 365, Azure, O365, intune etc.
Although experience with these technologies would be great, they aren\’t essential. The ideal person will have broad IT Support experience at 2nd line level, and above all be solution orientated. We are looking for people who are continually looking to deliver exceptional customer service and identify ways to improve processes and services.
Almost all of the leadership team in the department have come through internal promotions, evidencing the opportunity to progress you career.
Ideal experience:
- IT Support at 2nd line level, with a track record of going above and beyond to deliver and excellent service for stakeholders. IT Applications support would be ideal, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, we will be very interested to hear how you communicate with key stakeholders during an issue/incident to ensure they are appropriately informed.
- Experience working with external supplier or 3rd party specialists to resolve escalations and ensure SLAs are met.
- Experience supporting IT users across multiple locations would be highly advantageous.
- A passion for learning new skills and technologies.
The company are based in north Leicestershire, around 20 minutes from Derby, Leicester, Tamworth and Burton, 30 minutes from Nottingham.
