Key Responsibilities for the Recruitment Consultant:

• Business Development – Proactively identifying and securing new client opportunities through phone and face-to-face engagement.
• Candidate Sourcing & Management – Attracting top talent using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Sales & Negotiation – Matching candidates with the right opportunities and managing the recruitment process through to placement.
• Relationship Building – Developing and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
• Target Achievement – Working towards individual and team goals in a performance-driven environment.

Key Requirements for the Recruitment Consultant:

• Sector Specific Experience – It’s essential that you have a strong background within education recruitment.
