About Enchant

We’re Enchant a CRO-first growth agency helping high-growth eCommerce brands level up. We mix data, design, and a healthy dose of digital sorcery to turn underperforming websites into conversion machines.

What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t a code-monkey role. You’ll work closely with our designers, strategists, and project managers to turn smart ideas into slick Shopify builds. Your day-to-day may include:

  • Building and maintaining custom Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, SCSS & JS
  • Supporting the dev team with CRO-driven front-end updates
  • Troubleshooting bugs and weird edge-case client requests
  • Helping implement third-party apps, integrations, and data layers
  • Working with Figma files and turning them into pixel-perfect experiences
  • Ensuring details notes shared and GitHub is maintained
  • QA’ing your own work like a grown-up (we love a responsible dev)

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years hands-on experience with Shopify (Liquid is your friend)
  • You’ve built or customised at least one Shopify site on your own
  • Comfortable with front-end code: HTML, SCSS, JS
  • Eye for detail (you notice when a button is 2px off)
  • Experience working with Figma and design handoffs
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked at an agency, juggled multiple clients, or survived a Black Friday launch
  • Comfortable working independently but not afraid to ask questions
  • Curious, self-motivated, and happy to Google your way out of weird plugin errors

What You’ll Get

  • 100% remote, flexible working (UK timezone hours)
  • Support from senior developers and strategists to help you grow
  • Work that actually ships, not endless internal backlogs
  • Learning budget for courses, tools or experiments
  • Small, friendly team who take the work seriously—but not ourselves
  • 30 days holiday + flexible bank holiday policy
  • Real clients, real impact, real room to grow
