We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support our operations at our Wolverton site (MK12 5PT). In this vital role, you’ll be working as part of a dedicated warehouse team, driving excellence by ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our warehouse’s administrative processes. The shift patterns for this role are: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

The role:
As a Warehouse Administrator, you’ll be a key part of the team, providing essential administrative support to keep our busy warehouse running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who’s collaborative, dependable, and thrives in a dynamic setting where precision truly matters. Key Tasks:
- Safely handle products through all inbound and outbound processes, ensuring all company procedures are adhered to
- Ensure all goods are handled in the correct manner to ensure that damage to kept to a minimum and manual handling techniques are followed to prevent injury and harm
- Responsibility of locking/unlocking warehouse in absence of management
- Processing customer returns in an efficient manner and ensuring accurate records of stock
- Carry out any other reasonable requests to support the effective running of the warehouse
- Ensure any concerns, issues or variances to instructions are immediately communicated to your line manager to allow appropriate action to be taken at the earliest opportunity
Admin Inventory:
- Assist with daily/monthly stock takes and ensure accurate recording of results
- Complete customer bookings as per customers’ requirements and ensure they are processed through the warehouse according to this schedule
- Book and arrange transport for deliveries and comply with import/export procedures where required
- Support the warehouse team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and updating internal systems
Health & Safety:
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to, including PPE, escalating any concerns to your line manager at the earliest opportunity
- Ensure all equipment checks are carried out in accordance with procedure, raising any defects to your line manager
Required Skills and experience:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft – Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Proven experience in an administrative or warehouse support role
- Awareness of manual handling techniques is an advantage
- Proven customer service experience
