A leading client of mine is on the lookout for a Solution Lead—a senior technology strategist and architect who can design and drive the implementation of innovative, scalable IT solutions across complex business environments.

🔧 The Role

The Solution Lead will be responsible for defining enterprise-level architectures and guiding high-impact solutions across multiple strategic programmes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, mentor technical teams, and ensure delivery aligns with both business goals and technical standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and communicating multi-dimensional solution architectures.
• Designing systems that align with business outcomes and strategic direction.
• Leading the adoption of enterprise and business architecture principles.
• Monitoring and applying emerging technologies to inform innovation.
• Driving workforce planning, professional development, and engagement strategies.

🛠 What You\’ll Bring

• Solution Architecture Expertise (SFIA Level 6) across large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience with systems design, data modelling, and enterprise architecture.
• A background in emerging technology monitoring and developing future-facing roadmaps.
• Experience in business intelligence, process improvement, and resourcing strategy.
• Strong leadership skills—able to inspire, develop, and guide diverse technical teams.

✅ Your Background

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. (Master’s and/or certifications like TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect are a plus.)
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, architecture, or solution design.
• A strong mix of technical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complexity and communicate with impact.
• Deep understanding of cloud, microservices, and enterprise technologies.
