An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Finance Business Partner to join a renowned catering company in London.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support in the identification and improvement of underperforming contracts, collaborating with operations teams.
  2. Participate in initial investment appraisals for new business or retention deals with sales and/or operations teams.
  3. Manage the general ledger accounting, including month-end responsibilities and balance sheet reconciliations.
  4. Contribute to the preparation of month-end reports and ensure accurate forecasts.
  5. Support the audit process during relevant audit periods.
  6. Assist Operations Directors in the monthly trading process.
  7. Deliver training on financial concepts and guidelines to operational teams.
  8. Help identify actions needed to deliver within the budgeting process for Operations.
  9. Provide regular debt reporting to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Part or fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
  2. Strong MS Excel skills.
  3. Ability to manage their own time and achieve set deadlines.
  4. Good communication skills including previous experience of supporting non-finance colleagues in understanding financial performance.
