The Role

This is a role for someone who thrives on connection, creativity, and challenge. Youll be the face of McCarthy, building meaningful relationships with clients and helping them unlock the full potential of their people. Youll sell our full suite of services consultancy, recruitment and training services with confidence, empathy, and flair.
What Youll Be Doing

• Building strong, authentic relationships with clients across a range of industries.
• Build rapport effortlessly with stakeholders at all levelsfrom HR to C-suite.
• Spotting opportunities, opening doors, and knowing when to move on from closed ones.
• Tailoring your communication style to match each clientbe a chameleon, not a script reader.
• Collaborating with our internal teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
