Cyberteam is looking for a self-starting and technically skilled 180 Delivery Consultant to join our growing team. You will be supporting an Operations Manager in delivering high-quality recruitment services to enterprise-sized accounts in both the contract and permanent markets. As the team expands, you will take on additional responsibilities, supporting the wider team to ensure seamless delivery across all client accounts. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, has a high aptitude for delivery and client success, and is comfortable working under pressure while managing multiple roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for both contract and permanent positions.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure timely and successful delivery of candidates to enterprise-sized accounts, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- Use advanced sourcing methods to attract top technical talent, conduct candidate interviews, and ensure that candidates possess the necessary skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist the Operations Manager in the execution of recruitment strategies, ensuring that recruitment services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Be capable of managing up to 20 roles simultaneously, ensuring the delivery of quality candidates to clients within set timeframes and SLAs.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving results and contributing to the delivery and success of the recruitment process.
- As the team expands, you will gradually take on additional responsibilities, supporting new team members and ensuring consistent delivery across the team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a 180-recruitment role or delivery-focused position, ideally with an IT background.
- High aptitude for delivery and client success with a strong focus on achieving delivery targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage up to 20 roles at any given time, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- A self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running and demonstrate initiative and ownership of the recruitment process.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of the skills and experience required for enterprise-level roles.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a growing team.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Experience in the contract and permanent recruitment markets is essential.
