Our client, a Top professional services firm in Milton Keynes, is seeking an ambitious FP&A Manager to join their commercial finance team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside an experienced and accomplished CFO in a business that values excellence and invests in its people.

The Role

As FP&A Manager, you\’ll be instrumental in driving financial performance across the business. Working closely with department heads, you\’ll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting while providing strategic insights that shape business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Partner with department heads on financial planning and analysis
• Produce monthly management reports and actionable insights
• Support business growth through data-driven financial analysis
• Develop advanced reporting capabilities using PowerBi and Excel

What You Need

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Strong FP&A experience in professional services
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modelling expertise
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with reporting and planning analytics tools (eg PowerBi preferred)
