Business Transformation Manager

Business Transformation Manager – London/Hybrid – Circa £850pd (outside IR35).

We are currently partnered with a leading global organisation as they recruit for a Business Transformation Manager to lead the delivery of a new Target Operating Model (TOM).

The TOM is centred around outsourcing / offshoring or IT services and is looking for demonstrable experience of delivering outsourcing / offshoring initiatives for services such as IT Support, Infrastructure and Cloud Solutions.

As Business Transformation Manager, you will possess excellent Programme Management skills to lead the delivery of the outsourcing / offshoring agreements, ensuring a robust service is in place, SLA\’s and KPI\’s are understood and that the new service can meet the demands of the business before switch-over to the new support model.

The position requires a high-level of Change Management to help successfully deliver this highly emotive programme.

Experience delivering this for global, professional service organisations is preferred.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 3 days per week on-site in the London office.
