What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the end-to-end operations of communal heat networks.
• Overseeing energy usage reconciliations and ensuring accurate cost allocation.
• Working with third-party billing providers to deliver clear, correct bills.
• Monitoring resident accounts and leading on debt prevention and recovery.
• Ensuring full compliance with Ofgem, Heat Trust and UK heat network standards.
• Driving improvements in efficiency, reliability, and service delivery.
• Supporting finance, operations and site teams with technical issues.
• Leading on customer service for heat-related queries and complaints.

Main Skills Needed:

• Strong background in heat networks, district heating, or energy management.
• Experience in billing, debt recovery, and financial controls.
• Working knowledge of heat network compliance and regulation.
• Numerically confident with strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
• Organised, customer-focused, and calm under pressure.
