Odoo Implementation Consultant

A leading technology investment management firm is seeking an experienced Odoo Implementation Consultant to standardise systems across its portfolio of early-stage technology services businesses.

The role involves configuring key Odoo modules (Projects, CRM, Timesheets, Accounting, Approvals, AI), designing cost-effective licensing and access models, and building scalable workflows—particularly for time-based billing environments. The contractor will also support training for finance and C-level operations staff to ensure long-term system ownership.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience implementing Odoo in consulting or services environments
• Strong knowledge of relevant Odoo modules
• Custom workflow configuration (e.g., timesheet approvals, spreadsheet uploads)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with internal teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience with multi-entity structures
• Background in reducing Odoo user counts
• Light technical/config skills (Python, XML, Odoo Studio)
