Customer Services - Telephone based

A major UK & International 3pl, 4pl, transport, logistics and freight organisation is looking for an air & Sea assistant toensure smooth freight operations by handling day-to-day irregularities, liaising with customers and suppliers, and maintaining compliance with security, safety, company, and environmental regulations. No industry sector experience is required, just excellent customer services
ROLE: Air & Sea AssistantLOCATION: BristolBASIC SALARY: £23kHOURS: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
ROLE:Responsible for logistics tasks with low to medium complexityHandle day-to-day operational challenges or irregularities, escalating when appropriateProvide excellent customer service by liaising with customers and suppliersFollow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs)Provide support for the team by completing additional tasks as requiredEnsure compliance with security, safety, company, and environmental regulationsEXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Freight, Transport or logistics sector experience. Not essentialExcellent customer services experience. Able to work under pressureFlexible and adaptableStrong analytical skillsLogical thinking abilityExcellent command of the English languageProficiency in MS Office
