Hunter Adams are delighted to be supporting our client in the financial services sector with sourcing an Employee Relations Consultant to support on a 6 month FTC. In this role you will provide critical support alongside the ER team as the business manages organisational change. Alongside managing ER you will support with the end to end consultation process.

Key requirements:

  • Must have had experience of running a redundancy programme end to end
  • Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases including redundancies, restructures and TUPE transfers
  • Solid understanding of HR policy and Employment Law
  • Ability to manage people change effectively and with sensitivity
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
