Employee Relations Consultant

Hunter Adams are delighted to be supporting our client within sourcing an ER Consultant to support with the delivery of organisational change and transformation projects. This is a 6 month FTC based in Glasgow/Hybrid.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading OD programmes, including TUPE and M&A, and is resilient, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Successful candidates will need to roll up their sleeves and take an active role in end-to-end delivery of OD programmes, projects, and change initiatives. A strong background in ER case management and a deep understanding of Employment Legislation across both BAU and OD/Projects is essential
