The primary purpose of the role of HR Consultant is to deliver a professional, commercially focused HR consultancy and HR outsource support service to a portfolio of SME customers. To be the expert in Employee Relations matters and to undertake and manage ad-hoc consultancy projects for large corporate customers, including recruitment, re-organisations, transformation programmes and TUPE projects as required. If you are someone with extensive and comprehensive change/employee relations/employment law experience, Level 7 CIPD qualified , and who can \’hit the floor running\’ we\’d love to hear from you!
