Job Title: HR Reward Advisor Location : Tring, Hertfordshire Salary: Competitive Job Type: Permanent/ Part time About the role: We have an exciting new opportunity that has arisen for a HR Reward Advisor to join our growing team here at hr inspire! The primary purpose of the role of HR Reward Advisor is to support the HR Reward Consultant with the delivery of professional, practical and commercially focused Reward activity to enhance the service offering to the portfolio of SME customers. You will be a team player with the ability to deliver work independently and at pace as well as be able to demonstrate experience of supporting and coordinating reward related projects and activities, such as salary benchmarking, pay review, Gender Pay Gap reporting and Employee Benefits Schemes. You will be collaborative and communicative in your approach to support the team and the wider business. You will have the ability to see trends and use your data analysis and technical skills to support all areas of People activity. Duties and Responsibilities: The provision of analytical support for salary benchmarking exercises and annual salary reviews, through the collation, calculation and analysis of data and report delivery for customers.
