My client is the fastest growing B2BD2C platform in its industry, offering a market distributing unique product to the technical community. They seek a Product Lead Growth Head of Marketing responsible for executing growth marketing strategies, managing multiple channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role is FULLY REMOTE.
This is an excellent opportunity to head up the marketing function with a small team whilst being fully operational. The ideal person will have experience working in a B2C organisation that relies on product led growth and experience working in growth marketing including in SaaS companies with ideally a bottoms up business model.
The Head of Marketing Role Skills
- Execute the overall marketing strategy to align with our client’s strategy
- Own D2C top of funnel and support product to execute our client’s middle of funnel growth initiatives (retention and monetisation)
- Focus on community and influencer marketing techniques
- Partner with both product and sales teams to develop compelling product messaging that effectively communicates the value of the product
- Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
- A data-led marketer to ensure the product delivers for the customer. Testing, measuring, and optimizing are at the heart of everything.
Skills/Experience Required for Head of Marketing Role:
- At least 5 years demonstrable experience working in a SaaS tech start-up, within a B2C setting with a Product Led Growth model.
- Experience working within product marketing or growth marketing function
- Demonstrable experience managing and developing a high performing team
- Ability to evidence data and insight as a lever and differentiator in growth opportunities
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy in a start-up environment and overcome challenges
- Experience managing marketing tech stack including software such as Hubspot, customer.io, Amplitude, Google Analytics, HotJar, Optimizely
