About the role
Grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and more - join us as a Grounds Maintenance Operative and you'll be doing them all. As part of our team based in the Southampton area, you will keep grounds in wonderful condition for our clients in varied locations. It's a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.
Requirements
- Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required, including the use of handheld equipment and ride on mowers.
- A full valid UK driving licence.
- Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and work well in a team.
- PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential.
