📍 Location: Reading, UK (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)

🕒 Contract Duration: 3 months-INSIDE IR 35

Are you an experienced Service Cloud Architect with a strong background in Oracle B2C Service (RightNow)? We\’re looking for a talented individual to lead architectural design and integration for a leading energy provider.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Design and blueprint Oracle B2C Service Cloud solutions aligned with business goals and scalability needs
• Translate complex requirements into technical designs
• Lead system integrations using Connect Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Provide technical leadership on large-scale digital transformation initiatives
• Collaborate effectively with clients and vendors

🎯 Required Experience:

• 10–12 years in IT with a focus on Oracle Service Cloud
• Strong understanding of data models and platform architecture
• Experience with RightNow, SOAP/REST APIs, ICS/OIC
• Proficiency in SQL
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
