They’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a talented team of engineers, with a strong focus on modern JavaScript/TypeScript stacks and automation frameworks like Playwright.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering collaboration, autonomy, and continuous improvement
• Drive architectural and technical decisions across web platforms, with a strong foundation in modern JavaScript and TypeScript
• Stay hands-on when needed—providing guidance on areas like automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright), CI/CD, and performance optimization
• Work closely with product, design, and stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals
• Champion engineering best practices including testing, code reviews, clean architecture, and scalable system design
• Build a culture of trust, innovation, and accountability within your team

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead with a track record of building successful, collaborative teams
• Strong background in JavaScript/TypeScript development, with the ability to support and challenge engineers on technical matters
• Familiarity with modern frontend and backend frameworks, automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress), and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills—you inspire and coach as much as you deliver
• Experience working in CI/CD environments and scaling engineering practices in fast-moving teams
• A passion for quality, developer experience, and continuous delivery
