Salary: Basic up to £50,000 + Bonus £75K OTE

A forward-thinking, independent estate agency is hiring a Head of Operations to lead the business through its next stage of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone sharp, experienced, and commercially driven.
You’ll work closely with the founder to take charge of operations, people, compliance, strategy, and the bottom line. It’s a broad role with real responsibility — and serious long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations & Management: Own the day-to-day running of the business across all departments
- HR & Recruitment: Build and lead a high-performing team
- Training & Development: Drive professional growth across the business

- Compliance: Ensure legal and regulatory standards are met
