We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Design Project Manager to join our large-scale programme team. This role is critical in managing a high volume of deliverables within tight deadlines, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with a solid technical understanding of infrastructure and connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver complex design-related deliverables on schedule.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Take full accountability for project delivery and outcomes.
- Review and manage MS Project Plans, including resource planning.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams within a large programme environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Support conflict resolution and problem-solving within the team.
